How Much Does ServiceTitan Cost? Quote Only, About $245 to $500 per Technician a Month by Third-Party Estimates

By Sharrk Team · October 29, 2026

ServiceTitan does not publish prices: every plan is quote only. Third-party estimates updated in 2026 put it at about $245 to $500 per technician a month, plus a one-time implementation fee that the same sources estimate at $5,000 to $50,000.

Those numbers are not ServiceTitan's. They come from software review sites and competing vendors, so treat them as a starting point for your budget and get a written quote before you decide.

Does ServiceTitan publish its prices?

No. ServiceTitan's pricing page (checked October 29, 2026) lists three packages, Starter, Essentials and The Works, shows a "Request Pricing" button instead of a price on each, and says only: "Our per-technician pricing is designed to fit your business and goals, at any size." Capterra's ServiceTitan listing also shows "Custom Quote" for all three plans.

What ServiceTitan says itself is in its annual report. In its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended January 31, 2026, the company says "the pricing of our subscription platform is partially based on the number of technicians employed by each of our customers." The same filing splits the business into Core (the main subscription, sold mainly through a direct sales team), FinTech (payments and consumer financing) and Pro products sold on top. It also says its "implementation and Professional Services teams assist each of our customers with onboarding and configuration," but does not say what that costs.

How much does ServiceTitan cost per technician?

Third-party estimates updated in 2026 agree closely by plan:

PlanEstimated price per technician a monthSource (date)
Starter$245 to $300Projul (updated Oct 2026), Fieldproxy (Oct 22, 2026), OneCrew (Oct 23, 2026)
Essentials$300 to $400Same three sources
The Works$400 to $500Same three sources

OneCrew also cites contractors on Reddit reporting $250 to $500 per technician a month. Older numbers run lower. ITQlick's ServiceTitan pricing page, dated December 2022, lists $125 to $398 a month and an $800 setup fee, and Workyard reports one HVAC contractor paying $259 per managed technician a month, using sources dated August 2024. Projul and Fieldproxy also say users report renewal increases of about 15% to 20%. That may explain why the older figures are lower, but no source shows it directly.

Projul, Fieldproxy and OneCrew sell competing field service software, so they have a reason to make ServiceTitan look expensive. The ranges match each other, but none of them is a price ServiceTitan has confirmed.

What does ServiceTitan cost for a 5- or 10-technician shop?

Multiplying the 2026 estimates by headcount gives a rough budget. This is our arithmetic, not a quote:

Team sizeSubscription a month ($245 to $500 per tech)Subscription a year
5 technicians$1,225 to $2,500$14,700 to $30,000
10 technicians$2,450 to $5,000$29,400 to $60,000

On top of that come implementation, any Pro add-ons and payment processing fees if you take card payments through ServiceTitan. Fieldproxy says year-one totals of $50,000 to $70,000 or more are commonly reported for 10-technician shops.

What does ServiceTitan implementation cost?

ServiceTitan does not publish an implementation fee. Projul and Fieldproxy estimate $5,000 to $50,000 depending on company size and setup, with a rollout of 2 to 12 months. Projul cites a G2 reviewer who reported spending nearly $25,000 on implementation. ITQlick's 2022 page lists an $800 setup fee, which is much lower and older.

Ask the sales rep to put three things in writing: the onboarding fee, what it covers (data migration, pricebook setup, training) and how long rollout is expected to take.

Which ServiceTitan add-ons cost extra?

ServiceTitan's 10-K describes Pro products as sold on top of Core. Third-party pages name these as separately priced:

  • Marketing Pro (Fieldproxy estimates about $2,000 or more a month)
  • Phones Pro or Contact Center Pro
  • Dispatch Pro, Scheduling Pro and Field Pro
  • Fleet Pro
  • Pricebook Pro
  • AI Virtual Agent

Apart from the Marketing Pro estimate, none of these sources give dollar amounts, so ask for each add-on's price separately in your quote.

Is there a ServiceTitan contract?

Third-party sources say yes. Projul and Fieldproxy report a 12-month minimum, with larger companies often offered multi-year agreements at lower per-technician rates, and penalties for cancelling early. OneCrew describes annual contracts with early-termination fees. ServiceTitan's pricing page does not state a contract length or mention a free trial; it offers a demo and a sales contact.

How do you get an accurate ServiceTitan quote?

  1. Count your billable technicians. ServiceTitan says pricing is partly based on technician count, so know your number and whether office staff are priced separately.
  2. Decide on a package (Starter, Essentials or The Works) and list the Pro add-ons you actually need.
  3. Ask for the implementation fee, rollout timeline and what onboarding covers.
  4. Ask for the contract length, renewal price terms and the cost of leaving early.
  5. Ask how payment processing is priced if you plan to take payments through ServiceTitan.
  6. Compare the year-one total, not just the monthly rate. If ServiceTitan is more system than you need right now, see our breakdown of Jobber pricing, which publishes its plan prices.
