How Much Does Jobber Cost? From $29 a Month

By Sharrk Team · October 26, 2026

Jobber costs from $29 a month: that is the Core plan for one user, billed annually, on Jobber's pricing page as of October 26, 2026 ($49 a month if you pay month to month with no commitment). Sharrk works alongside Jobber to turn more of the calls and leads you pay Jobber to manage into booked jobs: your Jobber clients come into Sharrk as leads, and 20+ Jobber events can start an automatic follow-up Strike.

Below is every Jobber plan with its price, what each one includes, what costs extra, and how the bill grows as your team grows. All Jobber figures come from Jobber's own pricing page and help center, checked October 26, 2026. Jobber changes prices and runs promotions, so confirm on its site before you buy.

How much does each Jobber plan cost?

Jobber sells four plans: Core, Connect, Grow and Plus. Each has three billing options: monthly with no commitment, monthly with a 1-year commitment, and annual prepaid. These are the regular prices after any promotion, per month, in USD:

PlanUsersMonthly, no commitmentMonthly, 1-year commitmentAnnual prepaid (per month)
Core1$49$39$29
Connect1$139$119$99
Connect5$199$169$149
Connect10$299$259$229
Connect15$399$339$299
Grow1$199$169$149
Grow5$299$259$229
Grow10$399$349$299
Grow15$499$429$399
Plus5$499$439$399
Plus10$599$499$449
Plus15$699$599$529

Core is sold for one user, and Plus starts at five. For team sizes outside the table, the page shows a "Let's chat" option.

The billing options differ in more than price. Monthly with no commitment can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. The 1-year commitment is a 12-month minimum term billed monthly. Annual prepaid is billed in full up front, and Jobber's page says that payment is non-refundable. All plans renew automatically.

Jobber also offers a 14-day free trial of the Grow plan with no credit card required.

What is included in each Jobber plan?

Each plan includes everything in the plan below it. Here is what Jobber's pricing page lists:

  • Core: online booking and scheduling, quotes, invoices with online payments, a website, built-in reporting and 100+ integrations through its app marketplace.
  • Connect: adds automated client reminders, automatic payment collection, job checklists, automated quote and invoice follow-ups, QuickBooks Online sync, and time and expense tracking.
  • Grow: adds quotes with visuals, optional line items for upselling, automatic time tracking, job costing, two-way SMS and custom workflow automations.
  • Plus: adds unlimited photo and video storage, crew scheduling, automated expense capture with profitability alerts, custom reports, Pipeline, Marketing Suite, an AI-powered Receptionist, and dedicated onboarding with Premium Support.

What costs extra on Jobber?

These are the paid extras Jobber lists, with prices from its own pages:

On the Receptionist add-on, Jobber's help article (updated July 9, 2026) says the $29 price includes 30 conversations a month, and "If you go over 30 conversations in a billing cycle, Jobber charges $0.79 per additional conversation." Jobber's separate add-ons article (updated August 13, 2026) says Receptionist "Includes 100 conversations per month," so check the allowance in your account. The Receptionist also needs a Jobber dedicated phone number, which the help article says is available in the US, Canada and the UK. Add-ons can't be bought during the trial, and only admin users can subscribe to them. For how Sharrk answers calls for Jobber users, see our post on a Jobber AI receptionist.

How does Jobber's cost grow as you add users?

Jobber prices by team size, so headcount drives the bill more than anything else. Jobber defines a user as "anyone who accesses your account at the office or in the field to view or manage the team's schedule."

Some quick math with the regular annual prepaid prices:

  • Solo owner on Core: $29 a month, or $348 a year.
  • Three people on Connect: the 1-user tier is $99, plus two extra users at $29 each, is $157 a month. The 5-user tier is $149. If the $29 add-user rate applies to your tier, the 5-user tier is the cheaper way to cover three people.
  • Eight people on Grow: the 10-user tier is $299 a month, or $3,588 a year.
  • Ten people on Plus with Receptionist and Marketing Suite: $449 a month, since both are included on Plus. On Grow with 10 users, adding Receptionist ($29), Marketing Suite ($99) and Pipeline ($49) to $299 comes to $476 a month.

Two practical tips. First, price the next tier up before adding single users. Second, the monthly no-commitment price is $20 to $170 a month higher than annual prepaid, depending on the plan, so annual pays off once you know you are staying.

How do you get more booked jobs out of Jobber?

Jobber organizes the work once a customer is in your system. The jobs you lose usually slip away earlier: a call that rings out during a job, a web request answered the next morning, a quote nobody followed up on. Three habits close that gap:

  1. Answer every call, including after hours. A caller who reaches voicemail often calls the next company on the list.
  2. Reply to new leads in minutes, not hours. Our speed to lead page explains why the first minutes matter.
  3. Follow up more than once. A single text rarely books a job. Our guide on how many times to follow up with a lead lays out a cadence.

Here is a sample follow-up text after a Jobber quote goes out (names are samples):

Hi Jordan, this is Alex with Northside Lawn Care (sample). Just checking you got our quote for the spring cleanup. Want me to hold Thursday morning for you? Questions? Call (555) 010-0142. Reply STOP to opt out.

How does Sharrk help Jobber users book more jobs?

Sharrk connects to Jobber with a sign-in. Your Jobber clients come into Sharrk as leads, and 20+ Jobber events, such as a new request, a quote sent or approved, a job closed or a visit completed, can start a Strike: automatic follow-up by AI call, AI text conversation, text, email, ringless voicemail, video text or review request. Strikes branch on what happened (answered, voicemail, no answer, booked) and on replies, and stop when the lead asks, replies or has a real conversation, or on a rule you write in plain English. Sends run 8am to 8pm by default, and a lead who just reached out after hours still gets one immediate text or email.

Sharrk's AI voice agents answer every call 24/7 and reply to new leads in under 30 seconds by text, call or email. They live-transfer cold or warm, with a whisper brief and a check that a person actually answered, and they book onto Sharrk's calendar, Calendly, Cal.com or ServiceTitan.

Mako, Sharrk's AI assistant, builds all of this from plain English. Tell Mako "connect Jobber and send every new Jobber request into a follow-up Strike that texts in a minute and calls the next morning," and it drafts the Strike for you. Every change shows on an Apply card, Mako waits for your OK, and you can Undo.

You can build and test everything on Sharrk Free with 2,500 one-time credits and no card, then go live on Core at $99 a month (see Sharrk pricing). Want a walkthrough first? Schedule a demo.
